Seg\u00fan el art. 71 literal b del Consejo de Educaci\u00f3n Superior: \u201cContribuciones presentadas en congresos, conferencias, seminarios u otros tipos de reuniones de relevancia cient\u00edfica\u201d se consideran relevantes las actas-memorias de congresos y los proceedings que cuenten con el ISBN (a partir de la LOES) en su compilaci\u00f3n, que tengan procedimientos selectivos en la admisi\u00f3n y revisi\u00f3n por pares, de ponencias tanto a nivel nacional o internacional, y que dispongan de un comit\u00e9 cient\u00edfico u organizador. No se considerar\u00e1n los res\u00famenes o abstracts, debiendo ser necesaria la publicaci\u00f3n completa.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
